You retain ownership of content you create using the Service- You grant AIAny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service- AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIAny and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:- Your use of the Service- Your violation of these Terms- Your violation of any rights of another party- Content you submit or generate using the Service
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any reason with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data according to our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
